To an Uncle who was like a father to me. You will always be in my heart forever! Thank you for always being there for me. I will miss your laugh and your smile. I remember you told me when I was born you and my other Uncle Bill H. had several toasts saying “Here is to Michael Scott!” Well I would like to propose a toast to my Uncle Bill who was one of the biggest role models in my life.

Bill Conrad was an incredible man who not only taught leadership/management skills, he exemplified them and was even more effective because of how he wove his heart into his work. I am a more skilled leader Bill, due to your teaching and wisdom, I am a better person because of your friendship. I will miss you very, very much my friend. I send warm, gentle hugs, peace and condolences to your loved ones.
