Robert Sima Obituary

Robert N. "Bob" Sima, age 81, a resident of Naperville, IL since 1963, formerly of Berwyn, IL, peacefully passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at his home. He was born October 6, 1929 in Chicago, IL. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Alberton) Sima, whom he married October 23, 2005 and the late Margaret (nee Dutterer) Sima, loving father of Catherine (Eric) Webster of Bloomington, IL and William (Laura) Sima of Sayner, WI, adored grandfather of Kira and Larissa Webster; Allyson Claire, Jenna Elizabeth, Adam Christopher and Emma Grace Sima, devoted son of the late Marcelin and Josefa Sima, dear brother of Adeline (the late William) Kloboucnik of St. Charles, MO, loving brother-in-law of Mildred (the late Rudy) Sima of North Riverside, IL, fond uncle of several. Bob grew up in Berwyn and was a graduate of Morton East High School and later North Central College in Naperville. He was employed for many years as a salesman calling on major industrial companies. Bob will be remembered as a loving husband and father who enjoyed gardening. Visitation Wednesday, June 1, 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill Street, Naperville. Funeral Services Thursday, June 2, 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Cindy Karis officiating. Family & friends will meet Friday, June 3, 2:00 P.M. at East Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Bloomington, IL for graveside services.
