Robert Bilik Obituary
Robert T. Bilik Sr., aka "Kido", 70, went to be with the Lord surrounded by Family May 27, 2017 at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville TN. Upon his death he resided in Sevierville, TN.
He was born in Chicago, IL to the late Thomas T. & Rose N. Bilik (Santore), March 15, 1947, he was the second born of four siblings.
A loving brother to Carol DiFiori, Linda Rodgers, Daniel Bilik; he was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Rose Bilik; and his grandparents ,Thomas and Josephine Bilik & Dominic and Mary Santore. A loving father who is survived by his children, Robert Jr., Bridget (Georg) Christopher; a great friend and caretaker Terry L. Washam; Loving Grandfather to Christian Boyajian, Zachary Bilik, George & Angelo Christopher. Loving uncle to Deana, Dean, Michael, Lisa, John, Jason, Jenna, Danielle; & many great nieces & nephews.
Worked as a Cement Truck Driver for Mohr H J & Sons in Oak Park, IL. Owner of Triko/Kido Leathers in Hickory Hills. Motorcycle Enthusiast & always had a Green Thumb for Gardening. Greatest Memories of him are Root beer, Tomatoes, Lotto Tickets, Harleys, Dobermans, The Eagles, Santa Clause on the peak of the ladder by Harlem & 290 at the Cement Co., a Huge Garden & the Trip he took Bobby & I to Cancun.
There will be a Gravesite Memorial Service on Monday, June 26th 11:00am Mt. Auburn Cemetery 4101 S. Oak Park Ave., Stickney, IL 60402. 708-749-0022.
We will always carry your Memory in our Hearts & "I Hope You Dance" up in Heaven.
