Marjorie Fisch Obituary

Marjorie Fisch, nee Coffman, passed away peacefully at the Lemont Center on October 6, 2012. Born June 27, 1928 in Michigan City, Indiana. Marge married Matthew Fisch Sr., and moved to Homer Township, Illinois in 1958, where they shared a happy life together until Matt's passing 30 years later. Part of a close family that included Matt's son Matthew Fisch Jr. and his wife Lorrie Fisch-Murphy and their seven children. Active in St. Alphonsus parish in Lemont and frequently volunteered time with Catholic Charities. Moved to the Lemont Center in 2001 where she made many special friendships with staff and residents. Preceded in death by her husband Matthew Sr. and her son Matthew Jr. Funeral Mass Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 10 A. M. at St. Alphonsus Church. Interment St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
