I remember Karen as a person who showed great kindness and gentleness to other people. My sympathy goes out to you, Ron, and to Mark. I hope that time will heal the pain in your heart and it will turn to fond memories of the days you shared with Karen. May God comfort you at this difficult time. Linda (cousin)

Ron and Mark, I'm so sorry for your loss. This is a big change in your lives. You will gradually transition and be able to move on in your lives with many good memories following you. Love to you both. Ginny Sherman, Karen's cousin.

Miss you Karen. You are one sweet, kind and giving woman. I wish we had more time together but God needed you.

Karen was Martha Stewart before Martha Stewart was Martha. She had style and grace and elegance. We loved her and hope that she knew that. The last few years have been hard for all of us, especially for Karen. Now she is at peace. All our worries for her are over. Now we have to concentrate on her devoted husband Ron. We hope that he will now have the opportunity to do some of the things he has not been able to do due to Karen's illness. We will keep Karen alive in our hearts.
