JOYCE V. BARTA Joyce V. Barta nee Jackson, age 67, of Warrenville. Dear daughter of the late Kenneth and Victoria Jackson; sister of Myrna MacNair and Kenneth Jackson; sister-in-law of Georgia Jackson; aunt of Darren MacNair, Amy MacNair and Scott Jackson; dear cousin of Linda Klimek and Sandra Schlender. Joyce positively touched the lives of many children with learning disabilities during her more than 35 years of teaching in the Wheaton/ Warrenville and Hinsdale public school systems. Her caring, guidance and commitment to her students and their families has made a difference in many lives. Her passions were nature, the environment, reading and spending time with her friends. She was a special friend to many and will be greatly missed. Visitation at was Christ Church of Oak Brook, 501 Oak Brook Rd., Oak Brook, from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 1, 2013. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
