We remember the many times he helped at parties, keeping the equipment functioning.

Joe is an inspiration for all husbands and fathers. His integrity was second to none. And he was the best damn pig roaster around! Joe will be missed by all who had the fortune to meet him.

Joe was a very gentle man and a gentlemen. He made the best barbecue I ever ate and was a great riverboat companion to a group of us friends that traveled on the river. We will miss you Joe, but promise to keep in touch with Barb.
