Jonathan Mohle
Born: September 19, 1931 in Houston Texas
Died: September 3, 2021 in Whitewater Wisconsin
Proud to have been raised in Texas. Later a long resident of LaGrange Illinois in the 1960s and 1970s. He served as Elementary School Board President of District 105 for 8 years. Also resided in Baltimore Maryland and Columbus Ohio. He spent 25 years of retirement between his cottage in Buena Vista Club on Lake Geneva Wisconsin and his condo on Cypress Island in Pelican Landing, Bonita Springs Florida. Jon received a BA degree at Rice University, MA in International Diplomacy at Fletcher University, now Tufts University, and MBA at Northwestern University. Jon met his wife JoAnn Ebert at Fletchers University, married in 1954, spent their honeymoon in Bonn Germany where he served in military intelligence at Allied High Command. His business career was in marketing at Encyclopedia Brittanica, Ruben H. Donnelly, Miehly Goss Dexter and Chemlawn Corporation. Jon's 25 years of retirement in Florida gave him two non-family joys, serving as Cypress Island Condo President and participating in the Naples Council on World Affairs. Jon is survived by his wife of 67 years, Jo Ann Mohle, daughter Susan, granddaugter-Brooke, son Drew, wife Dorothea, grandson Bill, granddaughter Tatum, and 6 great-grandchildren
