Janice M. Sladetz passed away. Loving wife of the late John J. Sladetz; beloved mother of Linda (John) Dumas, Judi Ballesteros and John (Lisa) Sladetz; cherished grandmother of Lauren, Michael, Jessica, Lucy, Grace, John, Jeremy and Jessica; dear great- grandmother of Sophie. Visitation was held Saturday, July 9, 2011 from 10 a.m. until time of chapel service at 2 p.m. at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, IL 60402. Interment Mount Auburn Memorial Park. 708-749-2033.

I was so sorry to hear the news of Aunty, and am so sorry we could not make it. I remember her funny ways most of all. She was always smiling. I am soo glad I got to see her before she went into the nursing home by Grandmas. I will always remember her laugh and smiles.
