Helen Pradt Obituary
Helen G. Pradt, passed away on January 9, 2017. Beloved wife of Daniel for 51 wonderful years. Loving mother of Karla Pradt and Louis (Catherine) Pradt. Dear grandmother of Anthony, Noelle, Aeriel Goldsmith, Abigail and Lillian Pradt. Great grandmother of Ryan Goldsmith. Devoted daughter of the late Louis and Letizia. Fond sister of Mary (late Edward) Wood, late Pat (late Len) Checkirda and the late Anthony (late Lorraine) Giampaolo. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Helen was a resident of Glen Ellyn since 1973. A longtime member of St. Petronille Catholic Church where she was a member of the choir for 5 years. She enjoyed writing poems, gardening and spending time with her grandkids.
A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday January 15 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at Leonard Memorial Funeral Home, 565 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, IL. Memorial service will be held of the following day, Monday January 16 at St. Petronille Catholic Church, 420 Glenwood Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Glen Ellyn, IL.
