Dear Pam and Cindy: My condolences in the loss of your father. I know how heart-wrenching it is to lose a parent, but your dad is no longer suffering and is now at peace. God's Blessings to you.

Dearest Family Members,
We can't even begin to tell you how much we will miss him. He was always there with a "Hello" and asking how our family was doing. So often he would just make me laugh with his humor. What a wonderful neighbor. I'm glad I was able to visit with him two weeks before he died. He was sitting in the garage enjoying the morning before it got hot. I came over and visited with him and could see he wasn't well. I also could see he needed a hug. I hugged him, little knowing, it was a hug good bye. The hug must have touched him emotionally because he said, "I think I'm going to cry". We both cried. I'm glad I got to hug him good bye. I think he knew that's what it was. He was a wonderful neighbor. We miss him so much.
