Connie Weatherford Connie Weatherford, nee Bergren, of Elmhurst, passed peacefully on December 28, 2013. Cherished wife, best friend and infinite soul mate of Steven; daughter-in-law of Eyelyn (the late William H.) Easson and Stuart (Tommie) Weatherford. An emphatic lover of life, Connie truly lived and loved. She delighted in much joy and lovingly embraced all the people that filled her charmed life. Dear and loyal to many, her kindness, thoughtful attention to detail, and expansive generosity was infamous throughout her "family of friends, " and matched only by her legendary bravery, strength of character, and unerring insight. Steadfast and devoted in her gratitude for life, and her "one true love, " she fiercely fought for the better in all of us who were privileged to know her.
