Byron W. Kennedy of Sun City, AZ, formerly of Stickney, IL, died on March 16, 2025 at the age of 77. Son of the late Wilbur and Eleanor. Husband of Patricia. Father of Annie. Brother of Lynn (the late Ronald) Smitkiewicz and the late Richard (the late Linda). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Internment at Mount Auburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

So sorry to hear about Byron. Please accept my sympathy. We grew up together in Berwyn, IL and our favorite past time was playing 16" softball and eventually winning a champion in our division. Byron was a very good ball player along with his brother Rich. I will always cherish those memories of our childhood and young adult years on the streets of Berwyn.
Rest in peace my friend! Hope we will all meet for another game of softball in heaven. Ted Michaels
