Anna M. Spencer, age 79, of Glen Ellyn since 1976, and formerly of Chicago.
Beloved wife of William J.; loving mother of June (James) Goggin, Joseph (Julie), late Michael and Janet (James) Kuehn; dear grandmother of Amy, Sara and Jessica Goggin, Matthew, Nicole, Taylor and Kevin Spencer, John, Anna, Claire and Nina Kuehn; devoted daughter of the late Angelo and the late Yolanda Casciani; fond sister of Renzo (Anna), late Sergio (late Jean) and the late Eda Casciani; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Anna loved gardening, reading and animals.
Her visitation was held Sunday, November 16, 2014, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St. Glen Ellyn. Prayers at funeral home were 9:30 a.m., Monday to St. Petronille Church of Glen Ellyn for 10:00 a.m. mass. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Hillside, IL.

I was so sorry to hear Auntie Anna lost her battle I was so proud of her and how she lived her life until the very end. I will miss our phone calls. My sympathy goes out to June, Joey, Janet and Uncle Mickey. No more pain and no more suffering. Another angel , I love you and miss you.
