Nothing but fond memories of Mr Yena. He gave me confidence when I had none. He pushed my chubby little self to move, be strong, and be an athlete. He hired me on his Park District staff, and trusted me with a job I felt was "way over my head." I credit him with teaching me my basic computer skills..
Always a kin word, a great story and a positive lesson learned after each conversation with Mr Yena.

I'm saddened to hear of the passing of Bill. He was such a driving force behind the La Grange Park sports programs. I have fond memories of playing in the women's softball league on Joe Goggin's team with Jean and Nancy. What a dynasty we had! Bill has raised, with the help of Jean, a great family. May you all find comfort through sharing wonderful memories of Bill. (Elaine Cerkez-Raymond)
