I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Such a good man. When he was working at Fort Meade in Maryland, he came to visit us in Arlington, VA. Afterwards he sent us as a thank you a Christmas CD that is now among our favorites. Every time I play it, I remember the thoughtful man who sent it to us.

Will miss your sense of humor - dad jokes and all. Until then, watch over me (just as dad does) to help me find that coveted parking spot and parallel park on a busy street. See you in our next life big brother. x Betty

My sincere condolences in your loss of Bill. I am a "Horvath" growing up in Cleveland and moving to Chicago area in 1955 after marriage. It breaks my heart to see my maiden name for someone in the obituaries, especially for someone having had experience in Cleveland. Bill was young, and my deepest sympathy goes to you and the family.
