Walter J. Scott, 85, of LaGrange Park, passed away. Beloved husband of Lorraine nee Rampage. Loving father of Craig (Elizabeth) Scott and Kimberly (Timothy) Tvrdik. Dear grandfather of Heather (Brian) Rasek, Michael Tvrdik, Matthew Scott and Gavin Scott. Fond brother of Mary (late Joseph) Sedivec, the late Joseph (Jean) Ulijasz, the late Stanley (June) Ulijasz, and the late Dorothy Ulijasz. Son of the late Stanley and late Pauline Ulijasz. Dear uncle and friend of many. Walter was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps., a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity at Northwestern University, retired from Electro Motive Division as a Senior Analyst, was a former elder of St. Michaels Lutheran Church in LaGrange Park, a member of the LaGrange Park Civil Defense, and a Little League Coach. Visitation Wednesday, 3-9pm at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W.55th St. Countryside. Funeral Service Thursday 10am at St. Michaels Lutheran Church, 500 E. 31st St, LaGrange Park. I am sorry to hear the passing of Mr. Scott. I remember him fondly. My best wishes to the family. I spent a lot of time in high school listening to 45's in Craig's basement and visiting with family. Great memories!
