Virginia Barta Obituary

Sr. Virginia Mary Barta, a member of the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters, passed away. She made her vowed commitment to the Franciscans Sisters in 1951. She is survived by two sisters and nieces and nephews. She was the loving daughter of the late Mary and Joseph Barta. A prayer and wake service will be held on Thursday beginning at 4 pm at the Our Lady of Angels Convent Chapel 26 W 171 Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. also at the convent chapel. Funeral arrangements by Williams-Kampp Funeral Home 630-668-0016.
