Victor H. Youngberg Born: March 29, 1957; Geneva, IL Died: Dec. 5, 2013 ; West Chicago, IL Victor H. Youngberg. Born March 29, 1957 in Geneva, Illinois. Passed away, December 5, 2013 at his West Chicago home. He was a lifelong resident of West Chicago. Victor was a 21 year Firefighter and Paramedic for the West Chicago Fire Protection District. He retired from the Winfield Fire Protection District as a Lieutenant Paramedic after 15 years of service. An avid golfer, a private pilot and in his younger years he was a professional bowler. Most of all he was a really great husband and dad. Beloved husband of Robin nee Saas. Loving father of Randi and Courtney. Beloved son of the late Kathleen and Clarence. Dear brother of Terry Ann Youngberg, Laura (Brian) Schwarting, Christopher (Nazime) Youngberg and Julie (Shannon) Moore. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
