SHULL STATESVILLE - TERRY SHULL October 3, 1958 - May 5, 2011 Terry Dale Shull, 52, of 209 Wooten Street, Statesville, died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at his residence. He was born October 3, 1958, in Forsyth County and was the son of Sarah Berrier Shull Palmer and the late Bobby Joe Shull. Prior to his disability retirement, he was a truck driver. He loved to fish and enjoyed attending NASCAR races. Terry was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather. He is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Ann Hill (Matt) of Hillsville, VA; a son, Nathan Dale Shull of Cana, VA; two grandchildren, Jarrette and Lovennia Shull of Cana, VA; his mother, Sarah B. Palmer of Mt. Airy; a sister, Pamela Davis (Freddy) of Kernersville; a half-sister, Amanda Hicks (Bradley) of King, NC; and a half-brother, Bobby Joe Shull, Jr. (Nelda) of Brownsville, TX. Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home, with the Rev. John C. Parks, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.bunchjohnson funeral home.com.
