Terri Roth Zusag, age 66, passed away on October 31, 2015 in Elmhurst.
Loving mother of Zachary and Kendra; sister of nine siblings.
Terri was preceded in death by her father, William; and her mothers, Cecilia and Margaret; and nephew, Timothy Tynan.
Terri was born in Peoria, Illinois on September 21, 1949 to William and Cecilia Duncanson Roth. She graduated from Bergan High School in 1967, and Rosary College in 1971. Terri attended St. Giles Catholic Church, Oak Park, Illinois.
The family would like to thank Dr. Heather Leeper and all the health care professionals who served her.
Memorial Mass 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at St. Giles Catholic Church, 1045 Columbian Ave, Oak Park, IL.

My condolences goes out the famiy.even though I didn't know Terri for a long time I could tell she was a beautiful and smart person.and she was well loved by many.she had a beautiful and living family.I don't look at it that's she gone.
