Susan Rosemary Aged 72 years. Formerly of Crookes. Died peacefully on 23rd August in Fulwood Lodge Nursing Home.
Loving mother of Becca and Andrew, much loved grandma of Connie and Florence and very dear sister of Judith.
Funeral service at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Monday 14th September at 11.00am followed by a Service of Remembrance at
St. Timothy's Church, Crookes at 12.00noon. Family flowers only please, donations if wished made payable to the "Multiple System Atrophy Trust" may be sent to Adam Heath,
