Susan Frances Koscik, age 32, of Forest View, passed away Sunday, January 18th, 2015, at Mac Neal Hospital in Berwyn.
Born September 21st, 1982, in Berwyn, is the loving daughter of Jo Ann Koscik of Forest View and the late Frank Koscik. She attended Home School in Stickney, Morton West High School in Berwyn and Morton College in Cicero. She was currently employed at Starbucks in Hinsdale.
Susan is survived by her mother, Jo Ann Koscik; brother, Steven J. Koscik; sister-in-law, Maria; and niece, Emma; grandmother, Eleanor Koscik; Aunt Patricia Primack and Patricia Incrocci; cousins, Brian and Joel Primack, Michael Incrocci and Lauren Boehm; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Also, loving granddaughter of the late Joseph and Frances Ruzak of Stickney.
Susan will be remembered for her love of her puppies Oliver and Kingston, traveling, shopping, cooking, decorating and spending time with her family and friends.
A funeral mass will be said at St. Pius X Church, 4300 South Oak Park Ave., Stickney.
