Stephan Murray Stegeman

Stephan Murray Stegeman, of Largo, Florida, passed away May 18, 2017, at the age of 59 following complications from heart surgery.

The second of five children to Henry R. and Virginia C. Stegeman, Steve grew up in Western Springs, Illinois. He graduated from Lyons Township High School after which he served in the U.S. Army, raised his kids in Cincinnati, OH, and later settled in Largo, FL.

Steve was predeceased by his parents; and first wife, Sun-tok Kim.

He leaves behind his beloved family including fianc e, Karen Donaldson Corbiere; children, Stacy, Scott, Garrett, Kelly; and step-son, Wayne; former wife, Becky Grenell; sisters, Sharon Allen, Suzanne Stegeman, Sally Faust and Sandy Colvin; six grandchildren; many cousins, and a host of friends too numerous to list

Steve was a loving, compassionate man who will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate enough to know him.

At Steve's request, no funeral will be held. A celebration of Steve's life will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at The Wedge Inn, 7905 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, OH from 7:00 to 10:00pm. A second celebration will take place in St. Petersburg, FL at a date to be announced.
