Stephen Robinson Obituary

Somersworth, New Hampshire:

Stephen J. Robinson, Sr., age 52 of 121A Blackwater Road in Somersworth, died Tuesday morning, June 7, 2005 at Riverside Rest Home in Dover, NH.

Born August 30, 1952 in Farmington, Maine, a son of Joseph M. and Ethel (Hatch) Robinson, he was a longtime resident of Rochester, having resided in Somersworth since January.

A carpenter, he was formerly employed with Pete Russell, also he was a very good auto mechanic, as well as a race car driver.

Stephen was a NASCAR fan, especially Dale Earnhardt.

Survivors include his wife: Rena L. (Drew) Robinson of Somersworth, a granddaughter: Ashley Elizabeth Robinson, his father: Joseph M. Robinson of Rochester, his mother: Ethel Knowles of Lebanon, Maine, a brother: Craig Robinson of Lebanon, Maine, also many sister’s in law and 2 brother’s in law and many friends. He was pre-deceased by 2 sons: Scott I. Robinson and Stephen J. Robinson, Jr.

Calling hours are Wednesday evening from 7-9 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street in Farmington. A Funeral will be held on Thursday June 9, 2005 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Stephen Hanson, pastor of the Middleton Gospel Chapel, officiating. Interment will follow at Milton Mills Cemetery.
