God Bless you Dr. Wertke you were the nicest person and the best dentist. For years back you were my dentist and you always put my fears to rest coming into your office. You will never be forgotten, taken too soon from this life. My god bless his wife and children.

Having known Scott from his high school days and the characteristic energy and lively spirit he possessed, thankfully his family and the many youth he helped will continue to benefit from such memories. My sympathy to his family in addition to his sisters, Lynn and Karen.

Jane and I are very saddened by Scott's death. Scott was probably one of the most loyal and dedicated athletes I have ever coached. He was very supportive of all his teammates, team and to the school. The times that Jane and I and our whole family spent with the Wertke family will be remembered for many years. Scott was a very special individual.

Lois and I are greatly saddened by Scott's death.Alhough we have known him as our dentist for only the 5 years since we moved here, we learned quickly that he was not only the best one we ever have had, but also one of the finest human beings who have ever enriched our lives. His brave and remarkable steadfastness in his illness and zest for life and goodness of heart and spirit always is a blessing not only for his family but also for all who met him. We shall never forget him and the lessons of how to face adversity and yet keep balanced will be a touchtone and guide for us as long as we live. Our deepest sympathy to his family

Our family had been patients of Scott. He took superb care of us, and had some good laughs even while getting my teeth filled! Our sincerest and deepest sympathies to Scott's wife and children - words may seem so hollow at this time, but your grief is shared by many.

It is with a heavy heart, full of sorrow, that I write this message of condolence for the loss of a truly great man, Scott Wertke. Soctt was my health-care provider as well as my dentist. The concern for his patients overall health went above and beyond what you would expect. I always enjoyed our visits and will miss him as well as his excellent care he gave me on each and every visit.Scott's upbeat, positive attitude toward life and his illness was an inspiration. My family prays for the Wertke Family during this difficult time of such great loss. God bless Scott and his beautiful family. The Sonni Family
