SANFORD SANDELMAN Obituary

SANDELMAN--Sanford, of Boca Raton, Florida, formerly of Scarsdale, New York, died on November 25 at age 84. Sandy was the devoted son of the late Esther and Nathan Sandelman, adored husband of over 59 years of Susan, loving father of Jeffrey and Alison (Andrew), cherished grandfather of Brooke (Scott), Nicole (fiancee of Matthew), Grant, Steven and Elyse, and great-grandfather of Evan. A graduate of New York University School of Commerce (undergraduate and graduate), he served as a navigator in the United States Air Force during World War II, was a certified public accountant, a partner in a New York Stock Exchange member firm, and then founded and served until his death as Chairman of Kin Properties, Inc. of Boca Raton, Florida. He was a philanthropic supporter of numerous Jewish charities locally and in Israel. His wisdom, generosity, warmth and devotion to his family and friends will be forever missed by all. Services will be held at Gutterman Warheit Memorial Chapel in Boca Raton, Florida on Thursday, November 26 at 10am; funeral at Sharon Gardens in Valhalla, New York on Friday, November 27 at 1:30pm.
