Died: November 30, 2019; in Berwyn, IL
Ruth A. Wieloch, age 81, of Berwyn, passed away on November 30, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on June 1, 1938, in Chicago to George and Ella (Boersma) Miller. Ruth was united in marriage to Edmund Wieloch on April 12, 1958.
A resident of Berwyn since 1964, Ruth was very involved in her community and local politics. Ruth worked for the North Berwyn Park District, was a volunteer at Hiawatha School for many years, and was a leader for the local Girl Scouts troop. With her entrepreneurial gifts, Ruth began and successfully ran her own business, "Tour D'Jour."
Ruth cherished her family and friends. She was very loving and nurturing, always making sure to say, "Have I told you lately that I adore you?" She will live on in our hearts forever.
Survivors include her husband, Ed; children, Christy (Bill) King, Cheryl (the late Joseph) Albergo, and Edmund (Kimberly) Wieloch, Jr.; grandchildren, Joey and Francesca Albergo.
The celebration of Ruth's life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019, from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Carleton of Oak Park Hotel, 1110 Pleasant St, Oak Park, IL 60302.

Of all the parents that I interacted with due to having their children in my classroom at Hiawatha School, I will always remember Ruth as one of the most caring, charismatic, and loyal friends. Ruth, Ed, and her family, will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.

Michael and I are so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing, she was an amazing woman and we were lucky enough to see her and Ed a few months ago. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her and loving ways and joyful laugh! We will miss her and send our thoughts of love to all of her family and friends!

We are so sorry to learn of the passing of Ruth. We wish we could have attended her celebration of life yesterday, but just found out about it now.
Ruth and Ed have been wonderful neighbors to us since we moved to Berwyn, which we genuinely appreciate. Ruth was unfailingly kind and sweet to us, welcoming us and always asking how we were doing. She was known and loved in our neighborhood, and throughout Berwyn as well.
Our condolences to Ed and to the Wieloch, Albergo, and King families. Ruth was a treasure, and will be remembered with love. If there is anything we can do to help, please do not hesitate to ask.

Our Sincere Condolences to The Wieloch/Albergo and King Family on the passing of your Mom.
We will certainly miss Ruth, as your Mother and Father always welcomed everyone into their home with a Happy Heart and a big hug each and every time and always had kind words for everyone.
Remember when you and Cheryl and I were "Charlie's Angels" on the cable volleyball team for Charlie Slezak that your Mom put together with Judy Barr-Topinka, good ole Berwyn days.
So many memories to list...
