Ronald Prokof Obituary
Ronald D. Prokof, age 89, of Elmhurst. Beloved husband of Phyllis nee Kockelman Sloan for 55 years and the late Lydia Prokof nee Fiorini; loving father of Ron Prokof, Kathy (Jim) Milkert, Catherine Prokof, Karen (Jeff) Loster, Elizabeth (Brian) Tully and the late James Sloan; father-in-law of Elizabeth Sloan; cherished grandfather of 11; great grandfather of 12; brother of the late Reginald Prokof.
Ronald was a WWII Army Veteran, member of Elmhurst T.H.B. Post #187 A.L. and active member of Visitation Church.
Visitation at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, April 17, 2016. Prayers 9:00 A.M. Monday, April 18, 2016 at the funeral home, going to Visitation Church. Mass at 9:30 A.M. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials will be appreciated for the Illinois Veterans Home, 1707 N. 12th St., Quincy, IL 62301.
