My belated condolences to the Dugan family. I found out just recently that he had passed away when speaking to some old friends reminiscing about DGS… Good memories!

I remember Mr. Dugan clearly from DGHS-S, third floor. He did not let physical limitations stop him! My sympathies to his family and his many, many students over so many years.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Dugan. I was a student of his back in the 70's and I always remembered him as a great teacher and a great inspiration.
