I am so sorry for your loss.

Judy and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. All of us were very sad to learn of Ron's passing. Such a smart and kind man is what we will remember him for. You the loving devoted wife. You were so good to him and he knew that. There is a special place in heaven for you one day. We will continue praying for Ron and for you and your family. It's with great sadness to hear that Ron has left us. He was a great coach, mentor and friend. Without his guidance the old PSG Ops engineering team would never have formed. And we did get lots of stuff done. We all remember his pitching, the "squint" and his ability to make a presentation with only one slide and the old grease pencils. He had the gift of getting his point across Clearly and Quickly ! Godspeed RLB !

Dear Judy and Family,
I worked with Ron primarily throughout the 1990's at APCI. Our work together there was some of the most memorable in my career. He demonstrated leadership, intellect and most importantly, a genuine and common decency that is too often overlooked in corporate settings. He championed improvements in the organization and always looked out for his people. He had a rare ability to be comfortable working across any type of work team and member. His sense of humor, practical ideas and striving to make a substantive impact is a great example for all of us. My deepest sympathies to all of you and I am honored to have known and worked with him. Ron was an inspiration and motivator. A true leader with a "get er done" attitude. He will be missed.

Dear Judy and Family..just heard of Ron's death and services are tomorrow. He will always be remembered as a favorite cousin of mine and the fun we had together as kids in Bellwood,Ill. We remember you in our prayers at this difficult time, but God gives us much needed strength at these times.

It is with great sadness that I read of Ron's death. I was privileged to work with him during the 1990s. He was an unusual executive - intelligent, practical, sincere, always striving and always caring for his people. I enjoyed his strength and his willingness to see things for what they really were. He rooted you with his practicality and lifted you with his positiveness.

Dear Judy and Family,
Our family prays for you as you mourn Ron and his great life. I was lucky to work with Ron for many years and always considered him my "Coach" and friend as well as manager and leader. He had a way to get everyone to do their best for Air Products and their team and we always tried to not disapoint him. His dedication was incredible and rarely did I every beat him into the office.
Ron was our leader when Air Products was growing in many different ways and he did whatever the company asked of him. Ron will always be my measure of what it is to be a great manager.

Judy, I feel so sorry that you've lost your husband. I don't know where you're living right now, but I send you my sympathy as you adjust to your terrible loss.

My dedpest sympathy to your family. I worked with Ron at Air Products for many years. He was a good man and will be greatly missed.

I offer my deepest condolences to the Barsema family. I had the pleasure of working around Ron on occassion while at AP. I always admired Ron and very much respected him. He could tell some of the greatest stories about his AP adventures. I fondly remember a "great" presentation he made one early morning at the then PSG Operations manager's meeting at the Woodlands in Houston shortly after leaving our group to go the the engineering group. I had the good fortune of working for Ron for many years. And, he is best remembered for his frequent rejoinder that instilled confidence in those around him: WE CAN DO THAT.
