Robert Weinbauer Obituary

Robert F. Weinbauer, Sr. Funeral services for Robert Fredrick Weinbauer, age 88, of Kimberling City, Missouri, formerly of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, were held February 18, 2014, at Faith Baptist Church, in Spokane, Missouri. Burial followed at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield. He went home to be with his Lord, February 13, 2014. Robert was born, February 19, 1925, in Chicago, son to Arthur J. and Minna I. Weinbauer. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII. He married Carol Hitzeman, June 15, 1946. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Spokane, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Arthur H. Weinbauer; and sister, Ruth Ryberg. Survivors include his wife, Carol; sister, Jeanette McNulty (Bob) of Glen Ellyn; children, Linda Krause (Jon) of Gilbert, AZ, Robert, Jr. (Afton) of Benton, IL, Caren Modaff (Richard) of West Chicago, Marilyn Verisario (Carl) of Jacksonville, FL, Nancy Adamo (Carl) of Carol Stream; 13 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
