Robert J. "Bob" Price, age 82, a 62 year resident of Downers Grove.
Beloved husband of Evie nee Martin; loving father of Timothy M., Kenneth E.,Thomas J. (Sheryl) and Brett R. Price; cherished grandfather of Jason K., Daniel T. and Tiffanni M. Price. Dear brother of Gerald (Leslie) Price, Sandra M. (late Lowell) Potvin, Joy (James) Kacena, Bryan (Margaret) Price, Penny (William) Sredl and the late Donna M. (Al) Goodwin. Fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews
A member for 61 years of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #265. A Charter Member of the Knight of Columbus St. John Council #3738 and was their longest standing 4th Degree President. A member as well as Faithful Captain of the Tom Dooley Assembly. A member of Pope John Paul II Honor Guard October of 1979 in Chicago, IL National Guard 122nd Field Artillery for 12 years. Robert enjoyed fishing, boating, swimming but most of all dancing
A memorial Mass will be held at a later date.

Love you forever grandpa. You were so funny! Always playing jokes and had the sweetest heart. Miss y'all. Thank you and grams for all the good times. Wish I could take one more car ride......what I wouldn't give! Once again love and miss you guys

A very nice man. I remember seeing him outside once and I went over talk have a chat with him. he knew me when I was 10 years old and thorough my life living in the neighborhood. We talked for a hour or more and it was a enjoyable experience for me. He treated me as a good friend. Funny me being in my late 50s at that time but he knew me when I played with his sons in the neighborhood. A good man who I always had respect for.
