Robert Pasek Obituary

Robert "Bob" Pasek, Korean War U.S. Army Veteran, age 81, died Thursday, June 21 with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband for 54 years of Arlene (Powers); devoted father of Laura (Chris) McGrath, Faith (Chris) Cismesia, Kelly and Hillary Pasek; adoring grandfather of Colin, Hannah, Elise, Fiona and Quinlan; fond brother of the late Veronica Fitzmaurice and Albert and Edward Pasek; uncle of many nieces and nephews and a dear friend to more than can be mentioned. Bob was a retired Chicago Sun Times pressman. He cherished his years with his family, friends and his one-eyed dog, Jack. He especially loved to spend time at his lake home in MI and kept busy attending his grandchildren's sporting events and musical and dance performances. He truly found joy in the simple treasures of his life. We will miss him.
