Robert M. Magnuson, 85, formerly of Elmhurst, passed away November 16, 2012. Beloved husband of Diane M. nee DiDomenico; father of Thomas, Dana (Robert) Padgett, Susan (James) Benes, Cheryl LeDuc and Christine (Gregory) Raber; grandfather of Meghan, Lauren, Grant, Nicole, Andrea and Alexandra; dear son of the late Martin D. & Adena Magnuson; brother of Jane (the late Clarence) Zelie. Bob was the CEO and president of Elmhurst Memorial Hospital from 1966 to 1992 and after retirement remained involved with the Hospital by serving as a Trustee. He was also an active member the Kiwanis Club of Elmhurst. Memorial Gathering from 10:00 A.M. until time of Memorial Ceremony at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Medinah Country Club, 6N001 Medinah Rd., Medinah. Interment private.
