Robert Halm Obituary

To the Halm family, I was just told of Bob's passing today 1/25/2018. I was deeply sadden to hear of this sad news. Sue and family you have my condolences. My heart goes out to you. Bob was my greatest mentor. I thank him for that. R.I.P Bob

I worked for Bob about 30 years ago. What a wonderful boss! I've had him on my mind so strongly that I looked him up online and learned of his very recent passing. Bob - thank you for placing a 35mm camera in my hands back then. It was the beginning of a passion for photography that brought me much joy and income. Although you died too young, I am happy you were around to see your children marry and give you grandkids. See you on the other side one day.

Hi Bob,
Was not aware you were suffering with a form of pulmonary fibrosis. We last saw each other at our 50th Anniversary from St. Joe's. I was also diagnosed with this terminal disease, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, in August 2015. My life expectancy is not the greatest either. My wife Karen and I had the pleasure of seeing your lovely wife Sue the night of the wake. She is such a strong caring woman. She provided us with so much insight regarding PF. My wife Karen is Canadian and I refer to her as "Canadian Strong." She is like Sue helping me battle this crappy disease. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Sue and your family. Will see you again in paradise forever when God calls me home.

Just heard about Bob's passing. I was a frat brother of his at Marquette. Roomed one year with his brother Mike. My best wishes to Sue and the family. He was a good guy.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Sue, the boys and the entire Halm family. Bob will be remembered as a kind, caring and generous person. May God give all of you, the strength needed to get through this difficult time.

My condolences goes out to all of the Halm family. Tim was a close friend of mine from grade school, high school and later. May these days be filled with happy memories of Bob for you all.

My sympathies to Bob's family on his passing. I was a classmate of Bob at Joseph and I rode the school bus with him. I was also a classmate of Bob at Marquette. My regret is that I did get to know him better as he was a good guy and had a great chuckle laugh. I am sorry for your loss.

To the family of Bob Halm. I am sorry for your loss. I was a classmate of Bob's both at St. Joe's and at Marquette. Although we were only acquaintances Bob was known as a nice person and I regret not taking time to know him better. I always remember him with a chuckling laugh.
