Robert Burkhart Obituary

Robert Keith Burkhart, 77, of Woodstock, passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 at his home. Services will be private.

He was born August 30, 1943 in Lakewood, Ohio, son of the late Clifford Burkhart and Ann Gage Burkhart Bowman. He was a graduate of Massanutten Military Academy and served in the U.S. Marines. He formerly worked at the CVS in Woodstock. He was a member of Mt. Calvary United Church of Christ in Woodstock and preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Bruce Burkhart.

Bob is survived by his wife, Bonnie Sheetz Burkhart whom he married on June 17, 1962; daughter, Wendy Henderson of Coats, NC; three grandchildren, Clay Ray Henderson of Wisconsin, Brittany Renee Smith (Tim) of NC, and Matthew Preston Henderson (Elaina) of NC; eight great grandchildren, Caiden Henderson, Logan Henderson, Wesson Smith, Isabella Henderson, Hailey Smith, Thomas Henderson, Carter Henderson, and Johnathan Henderson.
