Robert Bryant Obituary

Robert H. Bryant Robert H. Bryant left us for his eternal home with Jesus Christ on March 20th just 4 days short of his 90th birthday. He grew up in Long Beach, attended the So. Cal. Military Academy as a youth and graduated from Wilson High. He served the war effort during WWII as a welder in the LB Naval Shipyards and later worked for the city at the LB Gas Dept., retiring in 1974. He and his beautiful wife, Georgia, enjoyed 65 years of loving companionship until her death just 3 months ago. Bob is survived by his only sibling, an older sister, Margaret Cobb of Studio City; and his 2 sons, Ala n (Carol) and Edwin (Jan); 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Mr. Bryant was lovingly cared for at home in Leisure World for the last 6 months by Mary and Arleen. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten. Memorial service Friday, the 23rd at 10:30am at Faith Presbyterian Church, 500 E. San Antonio Dr., Long Beach.
