Richard Norris Spurr

Richard Norris Spurr, 79, of Elmhurst. Beloved husband of Linda R; loving father of Robert A. (Mary Jo) and Kenneth (Ellen); grandfather of Katie (Andrew) Allbaugh, Dan (Melissa), Beth and Michael; great grandfather of Weston and Evelyn; dear son of the late Harvey Spurr and the late Eleanor Spurr Hamilton; brother of Harvey Spurr Jr., Nancy (Rich) Doerr, Lois (Ernie) Baumann and Susan (Bob) Auer; uncle of many nieces and nephews.

He was very active in the Chicago Power Squadron, District 20.

Memorial Visitation at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 567 S. Spring Rd., Elmhurst from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, March 17, 2017. Memorial Services 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 18, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials will be appreciated for the American Liver Foundation, 67 E. Madison Ave., Suite 1614, Chicago, IL 60603 or Chicago Power Squadron, District 20.
