Gussman, Irwin A. Born on August 13, 1929 in The Bronx, New York. Passed away on September 11, 2001 in La Quinta, California. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Geraldine; his son Roy I. Gussman and his daughters Sari Swig and Nancy Gussman. Also survived by his loving grandsons, Benjamin and Adam Swig. Services are private. Interment at Los Angeles National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in honor of Irwin to The Alzheimer's Association, 73710 Fred Waring Dr., Suite 211, Palm Desert, CA 92260.Wiefels & Son Funeral Directors, Palm Springs 760/327-1257.
