Raymond Krosnicki Obituary

I was in the Air Force stationed in Germany in 1959 and became aquainted with Raymond there. Being from flatland Kansas i was feeling somewhat clostrophobic because of all the forrest so Ray suggest we go for a ride in his car. He took us to the Kulmbach area where there was a ridge bordering a big valley with miles of visability. After being able to see for a longer distance for a bit, I was never bothered with the clostrophobia again while there. That was a really nice thing he did for me. One of the nicest people I've met.

I worked with Ray at IBM in Rochester. He was a very hard working guy that loved his family and his children. When the Kohl’s department store opened here I saw him there buying three Kitchenaid mixers. When I asked him why, he said, “Because I have three daughters!” Today 20 years later I am buying a new mixer, but my memories of Ray and his smile and his laugh are as good as the day I met him.
