Polly Eyestone Obituary

Polly Lu Eyestone passed away on July 12, 2018.
Ms. Eyestone was born on March 25, 1949, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the third child of John D. Eyestone and Pauline G. Eyestone.
She graduated from Lyons Township High School in 1967 and subsequently received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Illinois University, in 1971, with a specialization in Spanish.
In 1980, Ms. Eyestone earned a certificate in medical records technology from Central Piedmont Community College and for much of her career was employed by Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois.
Ms. Eyestone is survived by a brother, Mark of Crystal Lake, Illinois and his wife, Irene; a brother, Robert of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two nieces, a nephew and eight grand nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to a brief memorial service to be held at the First United Methodist Church in La Grange, Illinois at 3:00 PM, Saturday, July 28.

Polly was a great person and friend! Polly and I worked together 20 some years at Loyola University Medical Center. We enjoyed getting together and being pen pals during her retired years. I miss Polly very much! Thoughts and Prayers to her family!
