My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Pete. I, too, "knew" him through the TDPRI forum. In his over 8000 online posts, I never read a discouraging word from Pete. He seemed to be a kind, gentle and caring soul. Pete's good nature will be greatly missed on the our guitar forum. May he Rest In Peace.

I'm another of Pete's online friends, and I want to tell you how much I enjoyed his wit, warmth and generous spirit. I always smiled when I saw that he posted something on the TDPRI, because I knew it would be good, and probably a lot of fun as well. He will definitely be missed!

Wow. I didn't know Pete had gone on. I started looking for him last week, as we have been friendly online for a few years. He was such a nice fellow. We discussed plans for future guitar builds, pickups, necks (his favorite was one of mine), and life in general. I had not heard from Pete for a while, and feel as though I have missed an opportunity. We spoke of getting together, but it never happened. Such a nice guy. Pete will be missed. Bless you and your family. He was a fine human being.

As a fellow TDPRI'er we shared similar interests and passions and I always enjoyed your personality and your spirit as it was conveyed in the words you wrote and you will be missed by all who knew you.
It is my firm belief that you are now on a journey far more interesting and vastly more important.
So long Pete.

While I was never blessed to meet Pete "face-to-face", I feel good in saying that he was an online friend. I met Pete at The TDPRI (an online Telecaster guitar forum), and it was evident right away, that Pete was one of the good guys!
I am going to miss his humor, the video's he would post, and his friendly spirit that he demonstrated time and again on the TDPRI.
Too his family: My heart and prayers go out too you all. I hope that there is some comfort in knowing that he was loved by his friends on the internet, and he meant something too all of us that knew him. May God's Peace comfort you all during this time.
Pete's online friend,
Stephen (aka PraiseCaster)

Pete was a regular contributor to a Telecaster guitar forum that I run. We all wondered where Pete went when he suddenly stopped posting on March 22nd. Pete had made over 8,000 posts at our website since March 2006.
We all started looking for Pete online a week or so ago.
None of us knew Pete personally, but all of us knew him "online." He was a fine man and always helpful to others in the Forum. You can find our forum at Telecaster dot com. You'll find a small tribute to Pete there as a number of members say goodbye.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.
