I have fond memories of Dr. Fremgen. While employed as a Pre-Admission Coordinator at Aurora Hospital, I had the opportunity to be a golf partner of Dr. Fremgen at an outing sponsored by Aurora. It was a great day. He will be sorely missed. I was also one of his patients and send my sincere sympathy to his family.

We are a retired couple who have been patients of Dr. Fremgen for 9 years, He was the most compassionate and caring physician we ever encountered in our lifetime. He helped us with our grief when our oldest son died of cancer. We wanted to let his family and his two children to know how much he will be missed by his patients. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family, and our prayers.
God Bless you Dr. Fremgen-we love and will miss you. Alfred and Joyce Kenyon

Margaret, Joe and family. I am so very sorry to hear about Patrick. My memories of his great smile and keen intellect remind me of how very difficult this loss must be for everyone who loved him. I pray that over time the anguish will give way to the memories he made for you. And may the void that exists with his loss be filled with the love and support of your wonderful family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys. I know that this time is difficult and hard to understand, as I lost my first husband at the young age of 37.
God will see you through the rough times ahead, and He will hold you all in the palm of His Hands. Lean on your family and friends as they will be there to help you any way that they can.
God Bless and keep you -
