Norma Priesmeyer Obituary

Mrs. Norma L. Priesmeyer, age 81, of Channahan, IL, formerly a longtime resident of Cicero passed away October 19, 2008 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Visitation, Thursday, October 23, 3-9 p.m. at Svec & Sons Funeral Home, 6227 West Cermak Rd., Berwyn, IL where funeral will take place Friday, October 24. Interment in Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst. Mrs. Priesmeyer was a retired Teacher's Aide in Cicero School District 99 for many years. She was the past president of Goodwin School P.T.A. and former board member of Cicero Mental Health Board. She was involved with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts for many years. Mrs. Priesmeyer is survived by her husband, Chris Priesmeyer; devoted mother of Otis, Warren, Russell and William Schmkel, Mark, Christian and Diane Priesmeyer; dear grandmother of Warren Jr., Casey, Rebecca, William, Cheryl, Joshua and Alyssa; special grandmother of Katy, Clarissa, Stephanie and Jeremy; great-grandmother of Rhiannon, Jaden, Ethan, Cameron, Kayden and Peter; sister of Paul and Sharon, the late Norman, Vivian, Doris and Dorothy; also the aunt of many nieces and nephews.
