Nancy Kowalski Obituary
Nancy F. Kowalski nee Derus, age 91, longtime resident of Downers Grove, IL, at rest July 21, 2015, at Chateau Village in Willowbrook.
Beloved wife of the late Walter; loving mother of Kathy (the late Richard) Tucker, Christine (Michael) Brooks and the late David (Bonnie) Kowalski; devoted grandmother of Michelle, Danielle (fianc e Jared), Steven and Scott; dear sister-in-law of Kowalski and Cherney families; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by her two brothers; three sisters; and her parents, John and Anne nee Wolak.
Funeral Mass was held Friday, July 24, at St. Mary of Gostyn Church followed by interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
Memorials may be made to Aging Care Connections 111 W. Harris LaGrange, IL, 60525.

I worked with Nancy for several years at Harvey Kenitz' office on Fairview Avenue in Downers Grove. We also kept in touch for many years after. "Chrissy" took care of my son Tim when I went back to work in the early 80s. In the 70s I had an apartment in DG next to her son Dave.
