Aunt Millie to all of us Kvavli cousins was truly a member of our "clan." We would enjoy seeing her and Hap at our family gatherings as we grew up. There were a lot of those because Aunt Emily (sister of Millie) and Uncle Carter were such great, generous hosts. Family time was always so special and we will remember Millie forever.
Sending our deepest sympathy for the whole family, but especially for Ken,
Melody and Tracy

Millie was my Aunt Emily´s sister and her family was part of many family celebrations of our extended family. From the time I was little, I called her Aunt Millie too. My memory of Millie is that she liked to have fun, she was always friendly to me and she had a very pretty smile. I know she loved our family times together. Rest In Peace, Aunt Millie. May happy memories of you live on in our hearts.

We are so sorry for your loss. I remember Millie mainly from childhood days at Kvavli family get-togethers. I never knew her well, but she always seemed to be a kind and caring person, and was very close to Aunt Emily. I always thought it was so fascinating that their parents were from the "Old Country", with no idea what that really meant. She was a wonderful person and she will be missed!

I only had the pleasure of speaking with Millie once in a one-on-one conversation. It was at Steve and Connie's wedding reception. I brought Dustin, who was about 18 months old at the time. The reception was a joyous event with music, dancing, and laughter. I was a new mom and up twirling around on the floor with Dustin. Aunt Millie very sweetly came up to me and said something about how I should protect Dustin's ears from all the noise. She was so nice that I remember being thankful rather than feeling criticized. I will always remember her concern for Dustin's ears and kindness to me. To this day I think of her when I see toddlers in areas with noises that are too loud for their tender ears.
