Kathy, Alyssa and Nick,

Please pray for my sister, Kathy, and their beautiful kids, Alyssa and Nick.
My heart is broken on the loss of Mike, as he was an incredible and caring man, and giving person. Such a unique individual! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful he was. He was a man of God, who lived his life for God and to give to others, without asking anything in return. Wish there were more people like him, but he was special! A heart of gold!
Michael was an incredible human being!!! I loved him so very much!
I know he is with God, but I wish I had one more moment with Mike. He made me smile and laugh. LOVE YOU MIKE!!!!! REST IN ETERNAL PEACE, AND WE WILL SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN!

I knew Mike from our days together at LaSalle. I am so saddened and shocked to hear this news. He was such a wonderful person and supportive colleague. He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. My prayers are with all of his family at this difficult time.

Our sympathies go out to Kathy, Alyssa, Nick and the entire Salela family. We had the pleasure of knowing Mike through Longshots baseball, and shared a love of biking. He will certainly be missed.

My heart and prayers go out to Kathy, Alyssa, Nick, Joyce, Dave and all the family. My knowledge of Mike is mainly through his mother, Joyce. So I know what a good, kind husband, father he was - a hard worker and so disciplined in his biking and marathon pursuits. He has now run the good race and attained the prize of eternal life. My prayer for the family is that they have the comfort that only God can give in their hearts that Mike is with Him.

We are truly saddened by Mike's passing on Tuesday. Kathy, Alyssa, and Nick, please know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers, and may God watch over you and give you strength in this most difficult of times.

My heart is broken today! Loved my brother (in law) Mike. I have known him and loved him for so many years; loved him more than I can say. May God give Kathy, Alyssa and Nick the strength they need. Heaven has a new Angel, alongside our Dad. Mike was an angel here on earth as well. Kathy and Mike's Love Story will live on forever. As it said for their theme when they were married; "It's a Wonderful Life", and they definitely made those words very true!!! Mike had a WONDERFUL life and was blessed with a wonderful wife and kids! Knew Mike as a kid growing up in Derby Meadows. Very saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family Rest In Peace Mike.

We feel overwhelming sadness. Mike was a great husband, great father and great friend. He had a zest for life - a man of action and energy. He had so, so many things left in life to do - it seems impossible that he's not going to be here to do them. He will be missed and remembered for a long, long time.
