Words cannot express what you meant to me. I can still recall those great days of old, hanging out together on the South side, dancing to the wee hours, and all those huge family get-to-gethers. And, I will treasure having been able to see you and Andrea this past summer. You still had the sparkle in your eyes and a smile on your lips and a great sense of humor in your heart. You now join a great part of the O'Neill clan that has earned their reward, as you have yours. Make a place for us when we will see you again and we will have the greatest O'Neill reunion the Heaven's have ever seen!
To Andrea, Sandy and Jim...my heart goes out to you...I will sorely miss Mike...but my loss is nothing in comparison to yours...stay strong and focus on your memories...Mike will always be with you and us...in our hearts, mind, and spirit.
Love your cousin,
LaVerne

Dear Andrea, Sandy, and Jim,
Mike was the brother-in-law anybody could ever ask for. He will be sorely missed. His courage and outlook throughout this battle was noteworthy and he always had a smile on his face and a friendly greeting no matter how he was feeling. I'll never forget him. With all my love and affection. Ellen (Jaraczewski) Hitchcock
