Randy, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter, I never met her but feel like I knew her because you talked about her alot. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your family, friends, as well as her fiance and his family.

I KNEW MELISSA FROM LICKING HEIGHTS AND SHE WAS WONDERFULL. WE USED TO JOKE AND MAKE FACES AT EACH OTHER ALL THE TIME IN CLASS.MY HEART GOES OUT TO HER ENTIRE FAMILY.SHE WILL BE MISSED AND ALWAYS LOVED.

A life cut so short...I will always cherish the many memories we shared from licking Heights from marching band to parties at missy dixon's house! So long for now my friend...

I met Melissa in the summer of 2007 while visiting Columbus to see my best friend Brad Dade. I knew Melissa long enough to know she was a very beautiful person and we became friends. My heart and prayers are with Mellisa family and Brad. God Bless.

Melissa was a wonderful person with a kind Heart. She always knew how to make everyone smile. She will be missed.

I bowled with Melissa in juniors many years ago. I will always remember her for her sense of humor and smile. I was very saddened to hear of her passing, and it makes me wish I had done more to stay in contact with such an outstanding person.

May God offer peace to this family. I was saddened when I heard the loss of a fellow licking heights student and friend. I am praying for this family R.I.P Melissa!!!!!!!

Although I haven't been able to talk to Melissa much anymore since our breaks have changed, I have memories of her I will always hold in my heart. I went in the lense room Thursday and I was able to talk to her for a minute. Nothing important was said, nothing even signifigant, but I thank God and I am so, so grateful just for those few words and just to see her face. If I had known it would be for the last time, I would have said something that mattered, I would have wanted to really make it count. Life is so fragile, I am broken for her loss, for the loss of her fiance Brad and her family.I want you guys to know that I am here for anything you all might need and my sorrow and sympathy goes beyond words, nothing can express it. Melissa's sarcastic humor will always be cherished, she could brighten your day with a few words. Her willingness and ability to listen to you and be there for you knew no bounds. She left us and this earth too soon, but she will live on in our hearts with the memories she gave us forever, and ever!<3<3<3<3

Melissa was a wonderful person,and so much fun to be around!! She was always there to help you out or just to listen and lend encouragement and honesty!!!! I will especially miss her smile every day as I walk by the Lense room at VSP. RIP Milissa and remember it's not goodbye but so long for now.
